The original Haurez Turbina was a massive 52mm watch that helped define the over-sized watch category. The Haurex Turbina II downsizes from the origianl to 48mm, and turns the original 3-hand model into a dual sub-dial chronograph. The Haurex Turbina II offers superior daytime visibility, a comfortable silicone strap, and Italian styling all rolled into an affordable package.
The heart of the watch is a Japanese SII made quartz movement that should prove to be very reliable.
1) Well packed for shipping.
2) Extremely legible dial
3) Very comfortable to wear for a watch of this size.
4) Uncluttered dial for a chronograph.
5) 100M water resistance
6) Reliable quartz movement
1) No luminosity
Note: I spoke to a Haurex representative about there not being any lume on the hands or dial. They said that most of their watches have lume. It was intentionally left off this model as they did not like the way the lumed hands (white) contrasted to the beige/cream dial.
2) Integrated silicone strap is hard to swap out.
3) Mineral crystal could be upgraded to a sapphire crystal offering greater durability.

Come join us on our journey. We can have a lot of fun looking at the world differently.
